Returns Policy - Anpario Direct

We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty products, please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order or return faulty products.

Changing or Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order before despatch or return an item at any time within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund from us. If we have not despatched the products the refund will include your selected delivery option, however, if we have already despatched the products then your refund will not include the costs of your selected delivery.

If we ask you to, you must return the item to us either by recorded delivery or where the items are too big to post, we may arrange for collection. We will notify you of the costs of collection before we arrange for our carriers to pick up the products. If we ask you to, you must return the products or allow us to collect the goods within 14 days of notifying us that you want to return the goods. However, due to our production standards and possible risk of contamination, we may ask you to dispose of rather than return, the products. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including selection of suitable carrier and their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage may result in us being unable to refund all or part of the money you have paid.

PLEASE NOTE, unless the products supplied are faulty or in breach of our Terms and Conditions of Supply, you cannot cancel an order, if you have broken the seal, tampered with or used the product or failed to follow instructions as to use, handling or storage.

PLEASE NOTE, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of returned products.

Amend an Order

If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched, you can amend the order and we will endeavour to send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot make changes to your order. You will be required to place an additional or return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery - see changing and cancelling an order.

Faulty GoodS

If you wish to return products because of an error on our part or because it's faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, we may ask you to return the products to us or we may arrange for collection (if products are too big to post). However, because of our production standards (and possible risk of contamination), we may ask you to dispose of the products.

We'll investigate any issues, and where applicable check all items sent in error or returned as faulty, damaged or otherwise defective.

Where we are at fault we will either refund the amounts that you have paid in full (including the costs of returning the products to us) or if you request send you a replacement free of charge.

Where we find no error or fault on our part, we reserve the right not to refund the amounts that you have paid and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will any return costs be refunded?

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

If we agree for you to you return something because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, we will either refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (by refunding your return courier costs – non express service only) or we will arrange and pay for collection.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds within 14 days from the day we receive the products back or agree disposal but PLEASE NOTE it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired, we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

Unwanted Products?

Please notify us of your intention to return products unused, unopened and in original packaging in a reasonable condition (i.e. in a condition which is suitable for resale by Us) within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage/transportation.

PLEASE NOTE, that unless the goods are supplied in error, faulty, damaged or otherwise defective we will not accept unwanted products returned after this time and you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Returned goods after 14 day period?

You are asked to provide a written explanation of the reason for the return. Returned items in this circumstance may or may not be due a full refund, depending on the circumstances. In normal circumstances, the limit of our liability for compensation for orders which are delayed or do not arrive at all, will be the total value of the order placed (inclusive of delivery costs and the costs of return).

Are my statutory rights affected?

This Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Condition of Supply.

If you are a consumer, the Terms and Condition of Supply, the Delivery Terms and the Returns Policy do not affect any statutory rights that you may have including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any successor, replacement, modifying or amending legislation.
