Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK. We also deliver to UK remote and UK offshore postcodes, including Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands and we do not deliver internationally at this time (i.e. outside the UK). Standard Delivery Rates?
Our delivery rates vary according to the total order weight, location of our customers and their chosen option on Economy or Express Delivery. See rate table and delivery zones for details below. By default, the price for Economy delivery will be shown in your basket, you can choose to select a different delivery option (e.g. change to Express delivery).
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the day you order. Please note that our couriers only deliver Monday - Friday, for orders placed after 2pm on Friday afternoon we will aim to despatch on Monday morning or following a Bank holiday on the next working day. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales we are unable to guarantee delivery times, for example due to circumstances beyond our control.
How long will my order take?
Economy Delivery will typically be made within 2-3 working days and Express Delivery will typically be made within 1 - 2 working days, please note additional working days to delivery for certain zones as noted below. If your postcode is not noted, or for POA delivery prices please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team for a quote 01909 495777.
Access Restrictions or Special Requirements - Please advise of when placing your order or talk to our team in advance 01909 495777. A redelivery charge may be applied if delivery cannot be made due to access requirements.
Pallet Deliveries require someone to be available to accept delivery.
Liquid Deliveries - Our couriers are only able to carry a maximum of 5 litres per parcel. For orders containing more than 5 litres, each 5 litre lot will be packaged and sent as a separate parcel, the minimum service charge for your selected service will be applied to each. There are no restrictions for pallet deliveries of liquids.
What Zone am I in?
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered. However, if there is a safe place the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Anpario Direct (Anpario plc) cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.
Your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email and you can access this via the courier, unfortunately, pallets cannot be tracked in this way but our customer service team will be pleased to help with any tracking enquiries for you.
Who will deliver my products
We use Parcel hub to select the most cost efficient service to deliver to you any orders under 210Kg. They work with Yodel, UK Mail and Hermes and will pick the most appropriate service based on the weight of your parcel and your location. Hallam Express look after our palletised orders and distribute through a UK pallet network (TPN).
What if I am out when my item is delivered?
If you are not in, the courier/delivery driver will leave a card giving you the details on how you can re-arrange delivery. You may be charged the costs for redelivery if you are unavailable to sign for the Products.
However, for orders under 210Kg, if you have specified a safe place for the delivery to be left, the courier may leave the item. PLEASE NOTE, that Anpario Direct (Anpario plc) cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.
Orders above 210Kg and or Pallet deliveries require someone to be available to accept delivery.

Our couriers are only able to carry a maximum of 5 litres per parcel. Orders including liquid products over 5 litres, will be packaged and despatched as separate parcels, each at the minimum service charge for your selected service. For example, 6 litres will be packaged as 2 separate parcels, Economy charge = 2 x £5.50 thus total delivery charge will be £11.00 for the order.
Pallet orders have no restrictions on quantity up to the maximum 1000Kg per pallet.
